Nails by Nashy Loyalty Club is a free membership dedicated to rewarding you for your continued support – Loyalty.
The Nails by Nashy Loyalty Club is based on a point system. Every time you spend at Nails by Nashy you are rewarded with a certain number of points depending on how much you spend. The more you spoil yourself with us, the more reward points you receive. All you have to do is visit the salon and we will sign you up.
No Membership Fee, it’s 100% free, and the benefits are all yours to enjoy however and we give you 12 months to redeem your points.

1.Who can Join?
Mos def! Everyone is welcome to join infact we want everyone that does nail treatments to join and enjoy. Nails by Nashy is for all and so is the Loyalty Club.
2. How do I earn Points?
You will earn your points on any retail, treatments or vouchers purchased instore and or online.
3. How do I spend my Points?
A list of Reward products and the number of points needed to redeem is available on the Loyalty App (**Reward Products are subject to availability). Reward products can be redeemed based on your point balance. Each reward requires a certain number of points to be accumulated before it can be redeemed.
4. How to check Point Balance?
Point Balance including the rewards can be viewed on your Loyalo Card app. You can also view your rewards instore incase you forgot your phone.
5. How long do loyalty points last?
Loyalty Points earned are ONLY valid for a 12 month period, thereafter they expire. Don’t worry you will be given an opportunity to spend them before they expire.
6. Are points transferable?
Unfortunately no, reward points can only be used by the registered loyalty member.
Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions:
• Your membership allows you to earn points on purchases and treatments made at Nails by Nashy.
• Points are earned for every R10 spent on products, treatments and gift Vouchers.
• For every R10 spent, you will receive a Point. These rewards are
issued as soon as a purchase it your responsibility to ensure points are loaded as soon as payment is done.
• Your loyalty rewards earned are valid for a 12-month period, thereafter they will expire.
• Rewards are only redeemable against a list of products.
• Nails by Nsahy retains the right to change the list of reward products without warning depending on product availability
• Rewards are only redeemable for treatments by the loyalty member, they are not transferable.
• Rewards are not exchangeable for cash or gift cards. Points can only be spend on products listed on the app.
• Membership is open to all guests over the age of 16. For clients aged below 16, Points will be allocated to the accompanying parent or Guardian.
• Membership is linked to your individual cell phone number and email address.
• Members will receive the occasional communication regarding their membership, point balances,
bookings, rewards, promotions and surveys. These communications are non-optional. Nails by Nashy undertakes that none of these communications will contain any outside marketing material of any sort and will be within an acceptable frequency.
• Members have the right to opt in for all other communications via email and/or SMS and reserve the
right to opt out at any given point in time. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
